Streets Bush use the information collected from you to provide quotations, prepare & submit income tax returns along with supporting schedules including financial accounts where necessary. Additionally Streets Bush may use the information to perform other tasks as directed by you such as providing supporting information for mortgage applications. Streets Bush may also act as a data processor where instructed by clients to do so and will work hard to ensure that the client is fully GDPR compliant.

Streets Bush may on occasions pass your personal data to third parties service providers (data processors) to supply and support the services to you. Streets Bush have contracts in place with such data processors confirming that they are complaint with GDPR. This means that the data processors cannot do anything with your personal data unless Streets Bush have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal data with any organisation apart from Streets Bush. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
Streets Bush do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement with data processors without your consent. However, Streets Bush may disclose your Personal Information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. Retention Policy
Streets Bush will process personal data throughout the period in which work is carried out on a financial period/tax year and will continue to store only the personal data needed for seven years after the work has been completed. After seven years any personal data no longer needed will be deleted.

To access what personal data is held, identification will be required
Streets Bush will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. If Streets Bush is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
Complaints
In the event that you wish to make a compliant about how your personal data is being processed by Streets Bush, you have the right to complain to Shane Cann at Streets Bush. If you do not get a response within 30 days you can complain to the ICO.
